General Terms
At BarkLune, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Some items may require additional conditions for returns (see category-specific policies below).
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made pet items
- Pet food and treats (for health and safety reasons)
- Opened pet grooming products
- Used pet beds, mats, or scratching posts
- Items marked as "final sale"
Category-Specific Policies
Pet Clothes & Harnesses
Must include all original tags and be unworn. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used pet clothing.
Pet Carriers & Bags
Must show no signs of use and include all original packaging materials.
Pet Water Fountains & Bowls
Unused and in original packaging. For electrical items, must include all components and manuals.
Pet Toys
Unused with original packaging. Chew toys must show no teeth marks.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return
- You will receive return instructions and a Return Authorization Number
- Package your item securely with the RA number clearly visible
- Ship your return using a trackable method (return shipping is customer's responsibility)
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please indicate this when requesting your return. We will process your exchange once we receive the original item.
For defective or incorrect items received, we will cover return shipping costs.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties associated with returns. We recommend checking with your local customs office before returning items.
