BarkLune shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed products in original packaging. To initiate a return:

2. Receive return authorization
3. Ship items back with original receipt

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Dispute Resolution
